Stuart Laub, CPC and President: Stuart formed Abraham & London in 1985 and grew a contingency search business that today employs five executive search consultants, one administrator and a research assistant. Stuart is a recognized expert in the telecommunications arena, and is looked upon as a valuable resource by both his telecom clients and by his “competitors” who also recruit in this field. Stuart has developed a large network of resources over his 15 years in the industry that provides Abraham & London with a strategic advantage in being able to rapidly access the right candidate for the right job. Stuart developed his sales skills with Burroughs Corporation, rising from an Account Executive to a Regional Sales Manager overseeing 11 offices and 65 people. He has a BA in Pre-Law from American University.

Connie Goebel, Executive Search Consultant: Connie joined A&L after 20 years experience in sales and marketing in the telecommunications industry. Her experience includes being the Market Director at Citizens Communications, with responsibility for all communications to over a million customers. She has had product and marketing responsibility for launching the Long Distance product line at both Citizens and Southern New England Telephone (SNET). Since joining A&L, Connie has successfully placed candidates in sales, marketing and technical support positions, from executive to individual contributor levels. She has a BA from Dartmouth College an Executive MBA from the University of New Haven.

Sandra Grenier, Executive Search Consultant: Sandra is a graduate of Western Connecticut University with a BS in Justice and Law Administration, and a minor in Business Management. She came to A&L to head our research department in 2001 but quickly implemented her unique techniques and successfully recruited the right candidates for our high profile clients. As a result she has excelled as an executive search consultant and has had numerous success stories.

Patty Walsh, Executive Search Consultant: Patty is a seasoned executive recruiter with 17 years of experience under her belt. She joined A&L in 1988 after working for Sales Consultants in Los Angeles as one of their top rookies. Prior to that she was in outside sales for Johnson & Johnson, Exxon Office Systems and the Burroughs Corporation. She has successfully placed sales, marketing and technical support positions at all levels in Telecom, DataComm, Business Products/Service and IT. She has a BA in Psychology from Fairfield University.

Eileen Bednarz, Executive Search Consultant: Eileen began her executive recruiting career in 1997 prior to joining A&L in 2003. She is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education. Eileen comes to A&L with a wealth of experience in consumer packaged goods as well as the pharmaceutical and medical device industry having filled senior level roles in the area of sales, marketing, supply chain, general management as well as financial area. Her direct experience in both sales and marketing gives her the foundation to appreciate the career development needs of candidates and the skill requirements of our clients.

Greg Bollaro, Executive Search Consultant: Greg came to A&L in 2005 with a successful track record in recruiting executive to staff level financial professionals for the Consumer goods, Manufacturing and Financial Services industries for the Tri-State area. Since joining A&L he has established several excellent relationships with our top clients and has proven himself to be a valuable addition to the Abraham & London team. Greg is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University where he earned a degree in Communications with a concentration in Human Relations.

Sandi Marotti, Office Manager: Sandi joined the A&L team in 1999 with an extensive background in Human Resources. She possesses a Bachelors in business from Southern Vermont College. Please feel free to contact her should you have any questions regarding our organization.

Dawn Baris, Administrative Assistant: Dawn holds a BA in Psychology from Hofstra University, a Masters in English Literature from Western Connecticut State University and is currently pursuing a BA in Graphic/Information Design. Prior to joining A&L in 2004, she was the Production Controller for Sumitomo Chemical America’s North American production facilities.
